Who it’s for
People travelling to a Formula 1 race weekend, especially for the first time at a circuit. Each guide covers where to stay, how to get to the track, what you can bring in, and the race-day details that are hard to find in one place: gate times, shuttles and fares, re-entry, bag rules and payment.
How facts are sourced
Race-day details come only from official sources: formula1.com, the circuit or promoter, transit agencies and airports. Each group of facts links to the page it came from and shows the date we last checked it. If we can’t confirm something on an official page for the current year, we leave it out rather than guess. Circuits change arrangements, so check the linked page before you travel.
Results on past-race pages come from the Jolpica F1 API and formula1.com. Photos are from Wikimedia Commons under free licences, credited where they appear.
How GridStay makes money
The hotel map on each guide is provided by Stay22. If you book through it, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It doesn’t affect what we write. GridStay is not affiliated with Formula 1, the FIA or any circuit.
