Who we are
GridStay is an unofficial Formula 1 race-weekend travel guide operated by Chamberlin Affiliates LLC. Questions about this page: inquiries@chamberlin.io.
Contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email, a topic, and a message. We send that to hello@gridstay.co so we can reply. A hidden Company field is there to catch automated spam. Submissions that fill it are discarded and not stored. The server keeps a short count of recent submissions per IP address in memory, to limit abuse. That count is not written to a database.
Newsletter
The signup form is provided by Beehiiv and posts to gridstay.beehiiv.com. If you subscribe, Beehiiv processes your email address under its own terms. Beehiiv’s form script may store a cookie to measure signups. You can unsubscribe from any race-week email.
Hotels and tours
Hotel maps are embedded from Stay22 (affiliate id gridstay). Tour links go to GetYourGuide through Stay22. The GetYourGuide partner id is ZM6TN20. If you book, Stay22 or GetYourGuide may set cookies, and we may earn a commission. The price you pay does not change.
Analytics
GridStay does not run its own analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics. The only cookies a visit can pick up come from the Beehiiv form and the Stay22 map when those parts of a page load. You can block third-party cookies in your browser.
